As posted in the Isha November National News:
I am approaching the last night of the Inner Engineering Program (Minneapolis) with so much gratitude in my heart for the beauty, wholeness and truth of Isha yoga and for all the volunteers who make this possible.
I am a “seeker” and I feel like I have been searching all my life for this. I am a holistic psychotherapist and, in 1991, wrote my masters thesis on an “Experiential Path to Wholeness.” Much of what I wrote about is embodied in Isha Yoga, plus so much more. And to have the support of this lovely community is more than I ever dreamed.
In 7 days, I know and feel many shifts inside myself. I feel so much brighter and agile… so much energy when I awaken in the morning. I feel myself smiling so often for no particular reason except an inner peace, love and joy that I thought I had but now I KNOW it!
My heart is so open and I know I am in a beautiful flow where I am trusting and accepting the truth of each moment and being in a dance with each moment in such a divinely beautiful way.
Thank you so much!
Love and gratitude to all!!!

I recently completed the Isha Yoga Inner Engineering Workshop in Memphis, TN, and for me, it was an experience that I cannot properly describe, or put into words. My experience is one of defining my inner-being and connecting me with humanity. I am humbled, and at peace and it is not a bad thing to discover my desire in life.Prior to attending the Workshop, my expectation was to learn how to quiet my mind and learn how to better focus while spending time in prayer, or meditating. My expectations were surpassed by discovering my awareness, and appreciating the uniqueness of others. Now, my intuitive nature is very keen in the sense that, I have been noticing other people’s behavior more, and trying to understand them. Isha Yoga opened up my awareness; and, is taking me to a higher level of personal and spiritual growth.
