Dear Self,

It’s amazing to be here, isn’t it? You’re experiencing so many new energies, you’re like a completely new person. Sure, some of the old baggage is hanging on to you, your garbage-bin mind is still reeking, but it all seems a bit farther away. You definitely have a new perspective on things, thanks especially to the Shambavi Maha Mudra you learned in Inner Engineering, and now the Shakti Chalan Kriya and Shoonya meditation. You’re making funny sounds and moving like you’ve never done, but who cares when it feels this good?

BSP was out of this world. You were afraid, but have somewhat conquered your fears. You have proof that you made it through alive, and improved. You prayed it would end, you didn’t want it to end. You screamed, cried, laughed and danced like never before; your heart exploded. And you dove into it.

Every step is like hurdles jumped, limitations transcended. You still doubt yourself needlessly, but it cannot hold much sway over you now that you know you can do this.

Pranam,

?????
