Protesters take matters into their own hands after a female teacher is portrayed in a TV programme to have forced girls from poor families into prosititution and porn films. The teacher has been arrested and suspended from teaching.

Two female Indian Air officers have filed a petition in the Delhi High Court, demanding a uniform policy for men and women to do away with discrimination that limits women’s duty to 15 years and exempts them from pension.Â
