This little book about an Indian mystic named “Sadhguru” changed my entire world. I was stationed in the Middle East at a small base in the summer of 2008 and ordered the book from Amazon.com after reading “Eat, Pray, Love.” I flipped to a page featuring this grey-haired Indian man holding 2 goats and experienced what I would call a mystical experience of my own. I felt instantly drawn to the man, felt something like I was coming home, and proceeded to cry for 5 minutes. Now, as a rational thinking flight surgeon, this was a very unique and somewhat scary experience for me. Six months after reading the book I flew to Michigan to take the Inner Engineering course with him and my life has completely done a 180.
